Tonmoy Sharma, M.B.B.S., M.S.c., is the founder and CEO of Sovereign Health, a leading behavioral health treatment and recovery system located in the United States, Europe and India. Sharma’s extensive professional experience and background as a neuroscientist and psychiatrist have provided him with unique insight into the care and management of patients with behavioral health and substance use disorders. Sharma has led over 20 national and international clinical trials, authored more than 200 peer-reviewed journal articles and co-authored five books and chapters on schizophrenia, including two with the Oxford University Press. His extensive research focuses on the relationships between the brain, cognition and human behavior in psychiatric disorders, particularly schizophrenia. He is a highly sought-after neuroscience instructor and worked as a Senior Lecturer in Psychiatry at the Institute of Psychiatry in London.
